Our condo just had the roof redone. Giane and Delta Property was exceptional. We got quotes from several contractors and Giane's quote was very fair. He was the only contractor that came and actual went up on the roof before giving us a quote. When we had questions about the quote, he was quick to respond and very helpful. During the re-shingling, Giane was on the site working and managing the job. He was very professional. The job was completed efficiently. The roof looks great and we are very satisfied with his work.
